Blogging About Baking Day 3: The Hypoallergenic Mugcake

A Happy Afternoon People! This is The Baking Lassie and we are going to make a mug cake for everyone who has an allergy. Last year, I had a bad case of allergic reaction where my whole body was covered with rashes and it was like the map of the earth were drawn into every space of my skin. The doctor advised me to avoid anything that can cause an allergy such as dairy products, eggs, kinds of seafood, dust, etc. Then I thought to my self, "How am I going to make or eat a cake if I will avoid eggs and milk?" Of course, thank God for the internet, I was able to get a recipe that doesn't include an egg nor a milk in a cake. And because of that, we will now make a banana mug cake, no eggs, no milk. Let's start!
